Me & Bob Treen. In his home in new Hartford NY. 10x10 Bedroom. 3500 watt QSC PA..We played as kids in our bed room's in 1976-1980.The Maniacs I guess we were called..Well watch Bob...

Yes when your almost 5 0 (I can't say or spell that word) and get to go hang with old friends from back when you were 8 years old, it comes together as rewarding and peaceful.. The trip to Albany, NY ( were I last lived before here in MN) I hooked up with Brother Aaron at Turning Stone Casino.. I brought him a Papoose A strung guitar ( for birthday gift) and a Vintage Fender Instruments Sign.. Now mind you. I carried that little thing threw 2 airports..(rock star Vegas with a midget guitar?)
I think He liked it, BUT did Mentioned a 1963 Strat be better.. LOL Me and Sara,NY friends Connie & Matt watched concert from back stage.. Kool
I went to NY as a Surprise 50th to friend Lunar. He did not know I was coming.. Got to play with old buddies from the day. Todd Lozo and Wilbur.....
I went to bar down the street I lived, and Jimmy still playing. His band The Bomb Rocks had VERY Loud PERFECT CLEAR PA.. Ahhh my head still hurts..
I go shopping for gear while there.. ya think.. I picked up a 1978 Light Gibson Les Paul Deluxe. Routed with 80's Dimarzio Super distortion, Scaller's, and went to old friends music store I remember doing business cards in shop in 10th grade. Got a strap, pod line 6 thing, plugged into PA...Went over the Bob Treen house, haven't played with him since high school. See he found God back when I ran from Him. So I thought he was weird.. Well Me, Him, and Mark Bolo's from Big Apple Music are all saved, and still the same nut cakes as back in the 70's.. Funny how things work out...:)
AS you see I had a assistant with me on this trip,( Sara) it started out good, loading the car, carrying the Papoose, you know making my job easier???? But we know how that ended! LOL Just kidding.. well not really!
In the End I seen my Ma, Dad, Sister, Niece's, Nephew,friends... I'm back home on Lake Vega$....and I thank God for all He gives.......
