This is Joe Kubek Famous Daphne Blue 1964 Strat. He is from Texas. He has many albums, and has played and opened for many Top Blues Player's. Never herd of him?, search the web, listen people there's more Awesome players than SRV out there.
OK this is ALL Original 1964, but old refin. The case is a Fender Tail logo Vintage one. I got with non orig case.
All pickups,. pots, neck date, L ser# neck plate, even orig 3-way
Weighs super Light, with strings and trem arm is weighs 7.3 lbs. That's under 7-1/2 lbs fully loaded!
Refret with Jumbos, the most sweetest Pro refret you can get. neck radius is 7.25"
nut is 1-5/8". She's set up with 10-52, and you Never had a easier string bender ever.

Guitar Player magazine issue oct 2006, there is a 4 page lay out of Joe and his band. (page 66-70) on page 70 is a picture of Joe with this strat. THAT PICTURE IS A OLD ONE BECAUSE I OWNED THIS FOR FEW YEARS.It was neat and it made me laugh out loud when I seen My Guitar in the magazine
Now all this does not make this a Awesome Blues machine, BUT IT IS ONE!. It's been on his cds from 1994-2004. So what does that say about the Strat? Must have it huh??????
