1963 B & R Vintage Blues PRO Made Assembly
THIS WILL YOUR STRAT SING! THESE PICKUPS TAKE 1-1/2 hours per pickup to make. Old School, Hand made. With ALL the Right stuff.
Alnico V magnets staggered to vintage specs, black vulcanized fiber flatwork, Formvar 42 AWG wire, vintage cloth covered push back lead wires
These capture all the tone and color of the slab-board Strats. These have more windings than a 50's pickup to produce a larger field around the magnets. This in turn increases the voltage produced by the vibrating string. This makes this set more responsive, dynamic, and touch sensitive than Strat pickups of earlier years. This gives the player the ultimate control. Because of the higher number of winds, brittleness is no longer an issue for those who like to play with alot of gain. This is why blues players love this set. Crank them up in a '59 Bassman or some other vintage Fender tube amp and the possibilities are endless. Think of SRV and many of the other players who are known for the 60's Strat tone.
It has the 1956 Vintage blues in the Neck, thus not so muddy and Just Tops it off as one of Best Assembly going. The pickguard and ALL are from a collection of Great Repo correct Fender Specs plastic. You get All the screws, back trem cover etc. I think the pictures will DO THE TALKING!
I got this from a reg buyer Strat nut. He CAN Build just as good as me, and is very good at knowing what is what and where to get the "goods"
