1960 s PRO Made Quality Fender Telecaster Ash Body Blond Nitro
I just got back from NY. I pickup up 7-Killer Fender Guitar's.. In this high end Vintage Old School shop was this Tele in there. I see a 67 Tele bridge on it, the owner goes we got it from area Pro player. He had it built in the 80's ( but here plug it in) I played it. IT FREAKING SCREAMED. Tone, Playability, Vibe. It just had it!
So it ship it back to my shop, and I don't know what it is. I took it apart, to be able to offer Great parts. I even feel guilty I parted.
My educated many year guess. It's a PRO Made luthier Old Growth Ash Tele Body. Correct Nitro thin skin finish. Killer Grain, See thru Blond. The 1st picture is great picture of actual color. It is Blond Blond (yellowish), not White Blond
You get the body, pickguard, pots assembly, knobs, screws for bridge, strap buttons. Screws are real vintage on pickguard, green late 60's tone cap, output jack cup is vintage.
All together it was nice weight, under 8lbs... I have a picture of all on scale but pickups and neck plate, and it's 7.7 lbs ( neck is not included in this sale)
The key here, is the Tone it has. I have no reason to lie, or do I. Fact is the Tone is 90% the wood. I have owned, bought, sold, played, studied more Fender Strat & Tele's than anyone one on earth... Or in the top rankings on that subject. I never went to college, but I have been thru Old School. :)
This is not a assembly line grab it off the massive wood pile junk body, this was hand picked, hand made. Built.. Tone Rocket.. Id not of bought it, if it was not up to Snuff!
