Straight in to Amp.. Just Me and the Cord... and a 1963 Strat....:)
The Fender Bassman is an institution unto itself. For those classic cleans and pushed tube clipping, you have to go to the source.
This amplifier was restored by one of the most renowned tube techs on Long Island- as you can see, the work is beyond clean. Dual 6L6's, 3 12ax7's, and a GZ34 rectifier bring 50 watts of gorgeous tube tone to the table. Everything from crystal Fender cleans to pushed Nashville sounds, to output tube overdrive is a knob away.
Normal and Bright inputs, each with their own Volume control. This gorgeous tone runs to the 4 Jensen Special Design speakers. The look here is absolutely stunning- the tweed covering is perfectly worn and torn- giving you a true 'relic' look while the restored electronics offer reliability you just won't find in a vintage example.
