From Gibson your seeing the very end of the Great P-90 1950's 50's Les Paul to leave Gibson with Tune O Matic Bridge and P-90 Pickups. 1st off the Gold Top was 100% when it was sold (to another Eddie) in 2001. The owner was the 2nd owner. (I don't count guitar dealers as owners). He played over the years the P 90, then found real 1958 PAF and real Pickguard and had Gibson put them in this. I would at least cut this pick guard down, as same exact thing, just cut for P-90. Now I could of put these are all 1956 and lied, 1st that is not me. I owned and seen it all, I just said ALL. But it intrigues me one still learns and see stuff out of the Norm in this Vintage world... we live in.
