1951 CUNETTO Fender Nocaster Body From Vince
This is for the Tele Nocaster Body.1997 was made, 1951 Specs.. Below at bottom of write up is the email from Vince Cunetto to me. I bought a few bodies, parts over the years off Vince. Basically I am the most Vintage Fender dealer on earth that knows and appreciates the work of the Vince Cunetto (1996-1999) Era. I had them all folks. Unless you give me a Real Deal Vintage Strat, Cunetto's are the next Best.. In Many ways they fool you as Real Deals.
You see the video I done opening this rare FIND. This sale is for the Strat body Only. NO More after this, and Only was here to begin with. It really is a part of Fender History.. Right here, right now!
Me doing the off the wall video...cats and all is just sharing life/job/blessing/and Fender history is neat to me. It's not everyday you get 2 bodies stored away all these years, for personal stash of Vince. Sold to me, I offer to you:)
Vince Cunetto words to me below:
Two bodies. This is the very last of them that I was keeping for myself.
There ain't no more after this.
The butterscotch bodie is dated Jan 16 1997 in the neck pocket. It weights 3
lb 13 oz. It is an "unaged" body in the condition it would have been before
going into the distressing and aging process. I think it was an extra backup
from a one-off order or something, but it never got used for some reason and
got packed away, painted back in the day and stored. I'm reluctant to sell
it, because it's a truly collectable item and also a very useable body for a
build.
The second body is a stripped Relic Strat body that has been custom modified
to deepen the back dish contour to be more like the late 50's tummy cuts. It
weighs 3 lbs 9 oz. Not sure why it was stripped, but it is what it is.
